Option lists contain one or more values which can be selected in a document field and are assigned to one or more form templates. When updating a option list all assigned forms are also automatically updated. The name of the option list must be the same as the field name in the form template.
- ID: The unique option id number which is automatically generated by the system
- Organization: The name of the organization which the option list belongs to
- Name: The name of the option list. This has to match the exact name of the field in the form template
- Forms: The name of the forms the option list is assigned to
- Export: Exports the json data of the option list to a file
- Edit: Opens the option list options screen
- Delete: Deletes the option list only when there are no forms assigned
