Option lists contain one or more values which can be selected in a document field and are assigned to one or more form templates. When updating a option list all assigned forms are also automatically updated. The name of the option list must be the same as the field name in the form template.






Each option list has the following features:


  • ID: The unique option id number which is automatically generated by the system

  • Organization: The name of the organization which the option list belongs to

  • Name: The name of the option list. This has to match the exact name of the field in the form template

  • Forms: The name of the forms the option list is assigned to

  • Export: Exports the json data of the option list to a file 

  • Edit: Opens the option list options screen

  • Delete: Deletes the option list only when there are no forms assigned
